Join experienced professionals and NRM peers in this engaging workshop on preparing and responding to the global panzootic “H5 Bird Flu”. This is your chance to participate in a mock-response to a serious mortality event in the field, learn how to ‘don and doff’ protective clothing appropriate to a HPAI scenario, and ask important questions.
“H5 Bird Flu” has affected all continents including Antarctica, but is yet to reach Australia’s shores. Although focused on avian influenza, the learnings are practical and relevant to all emergency animal diseases that may impact on wild animals, native or feral.
