Explore how farmers, Traditional Owners, scientists, and land managers are working together to protect the Great Barrier Reef from the ground up. Reducing runoff and improving water quality through community-led monitoring, sustainable cane farming practices, regenerative agriculture and collaborative environmental projects across the Wet Tropics region are all activities underway to support the health of the reef.
There’s also a pretty good chance of being joined by a cassowary wandering down the beach during lunch at Etty Bay!
