NRM Regions Australia is led by CEO Dr Kate Andrews and governed by a national board of directors from each state or territory in Australia, as well as an independent board chair. While selected by their jurisdictions, the board members are independent, rather than representative. The eight jurisdictional members plus the independent chair make a board of nine.
