Adam Bester is the CEO at Glenelg Hopkins CMA. Adam has a broad range of experience in landscape scale restoration programs, water management, threatened species management and reintroductions, pest animal management, ornithology, stakeholder management, innovation, leadership, marketing and communications, NRM strategy and policy, climate policy, investment writing, governance, mentoring and relationship management.
Adam has held positions and contracts working for government, NGO’s, industry and academic institutions in Victoria, NSW, SA and New Zealand.
He is a 2014 Fellow of the Peter Cullen Trust, GAICD and co-founder of the Waterway Management Emerging Leaders Program and is CEO lead for the Victorian CMA Climate Change Forum and member of the Budj Bim World Heritage Steering Committee.
