Bek Caldwell is an environmental scientist and project manager with 26 years of experience in natural resource management, spanning both government and non-government sectors. Her career reflects a deep commitment to sustainable land, biodiversity practices and community resilience.
Currently, Bek leads a dedicated team of scientists within the Biodiversity, Land Health, and Landcare Program at the Goulburn Broken CMA in Shepparton, Victoria. Together, they coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects focused on threatened species and ecological communities, sustainable agriculture, and community development—working collaboratively to protect and enhance the region’s natural assets.
