David “Bindi” Hudson is a celebrated cultural leader, performer, and facilitator from the Ewamian/Western Yalanji people of North Queensland.
As Creative Director of Didgeralia, David has spent more than 40 years sharing Indigenous culture across the globe through music, storytelling, dance, and visual art.
David has toured internationally to over 30 countries, with his music and deep cultural knowledge to create meaningful cross-cultural connections.
He is widely respected as a cultural consultant, performer, and educator, known for his ability to hold space, offer deep cultural insights, and engage audiences of all backgrounds.
At the 2025 National NRM Knowledge Conference, David takes on the role of MC, guiding the program with his signature blend of humour, warmth, and cultural perspective. With a strong sense of style, a sharp wit, and a storyteller’s heart, David brings energy and cohesion to every session he hosts.
