Sandra’s journey of employment commenced with 17 years of working for the public service sector, then onto administration. Sandra dabbled in catering for a while before moving into a role that enabled her to mentor whilst undergoing a senior contract management position.
Sandra’s job fulfilment comes from seeing her people grow and develop, whilst meeting the requirements of contracts to a high standard.
Sandra was given the name Nunni Dulgeih from her Birriah elder and mentor which means ‘from the ground up’
The name Evolution was selected as it speaks of changing, growing and developing.
Sandra has a strong focus on empowering our women and youth with great mentors and leaders in our team and drives to see EVMC as a preferred employer and contractor in the greater Cape region.
