Initiated in 2017, the Land Restoration Fund was the first fund in Australia to develop a standard to recognise, verify and value the co-benefits associated with co-benefits from carbon projects.
The Land Restoration Fund is a $500 million commitment from the Queensland Government to grow carbon farming in Queensland. So far, the program has delivered two investment rounds, pilot projects and a range of engagement activities under the program.
