Farmers adjoining Wilsons Promontory NP take action to improve water quality off-farm through Fert$mart and Core4 programs
Protecting the internationally significant wetland of Corner Inlet in Victoria has taken great strides through a collaboration between Dairy Australia and the local Catchment Management Authority. Two key programs were delivered to 90% of dairy farmers, that addressed fertiliser and effluent management to improve water quality outcomes for the whole catchment.
