BCSD Australia works to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world by aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and acting on climate change.
The Business Council of Sustainable Development Australia (BCSD Australia) is a CEO-led organisation of more than 70 Australian businesses and non-governmental bodies working together to accelerate the transition to a sustainable world by aligning with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and acting on climate change.
BCSD Australia is the Australian partner for the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). NRM Regions Australia has worked alongside BCSD Australia for many years, and has recently formalized this relationship as a member organisation.
Utilising frameworks like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Paris Climate Agreement, BCSD Australia members bring leadership, innovative thinking and action to create momentum, through collaboration, so as to achieve impact and scale the system transformation that is needed.
This presentation assists all to understand more deeply the work of BCSD Australia and how regional NRM organisations can gain value from an association with BCSD Australia members.
