This presentation discusses her work with the Queensland Soil Science Graduate Program supporting early-career soil professionals to build applied soil knowledge and networks across regional NRMs and industry. The program aims to address the waning number of soil experts in Australia due to an aging workforce, by strengthening peer networks, providing mentoring, supporting the sharing of knowledge and resources to facilitate continuous learning.
