The NRM sector played a significant role in recovery activities across fire-affected regions following the 2019-20 busfhires in southern Australia. This chapter synthesises insights from across these projects, including the range of contribution of NRM organisations to bushfire recovery, lessons learned and next steps for both NRM organisations and for policy.
