Repairing riparian land to improve waterway health, reduce flood damage, and support productive farms
This case study describes how North Coast LLS worked with large landholders and partners to design and implement site-specific structural works to protect a major tributary of the Richmond River. The work has resulted in stabilised, ecologically managed waterways that have withstood significant flood events, provide valuable habitat, and support viable, productive farming enterprises.
