Focus' on minimising the impacts of not actively managed goats wherever they affect biodiversity.

The TAP’s focus is to minimise the impacts of not actively managed goats wherever they affect biodiversity. Unmanaged goats can be a serious pest because of their ability to severely affect native flora and fauna. Competition and land degradation by feral goats is listed as a key threatening process under the EPBC Act and are specifically a threat to a number of native species.
