Reef Alliance partners launch an innovative Reef Alliance
Six NRM groups partnered with the Australian Government, QFF, CANEGROWERS, Growcom, Australian Banana Growers Council, Queensland Dairyfarmers Organisation and AgForce to safeguard the future of the reef through funding from the Reef Trust. They worked proactively ogether to minimise soil loss and optimise fertiliser and pesticide application in a collaborative way that saw the development of a single data collection, monitoring, evaluation and reporting structure.
