Cultivating her childhood love and appreciation of Australian bush foods into knowledge and understanding of their nutritional properties and natural health benefits, Sam is committed to sharing her expertise to educate and inspire diverse audiences to incorporate native foods into their home cooking.
By sharing her extensive knowledge on the ethical hunting, gathering, preparation, and cooking of traditional bush ingredients, Sam actively promotes cultural appreciation, sustainable food practices, and the revitalization of Indigenous culinary traditions across Australia.
